We the little people have big voices when we speak together!

Come on all of you people who are sick of being steam rolled by big business, join the fight... Let your voices be heard! Let's scream at the top of our lungs, "This shall not stand!"

Another day... no dollars.

Here I am... still waiting.  I contacted my case manager's supervisor at Sedgwick, sent them a copy of their bogus denial letter with copies of my medical information, the correct medical information asked her to note the discrepancies between the facts on their notes and the information contained in the denial letter as well as to read the correct information and reinstate my disability... not a 45 day maybe, maybe not appeal... a reinstatement.  Nothing... again, another day no dollars.  Oh, and again... I contacted the Regional President of my Union, and again... no response.  So nice to know someone's got your back, haa haa!

Sedgwick CMS

I am a disabled employee of AT&T and they have employed a company with a loooonnngg history of unethical tactics to ensure non-payment of benefits to injured employees.  During my ordeal of the last 7 months I have fought tooth and nail against these people and their lie and deny tactics.  I have recently found another person whose interest in this has prompted this new blog.  I want people to be aware of this and that they are just as vulnerable to falling into this situation as I and others have.  I want to spread the word of this disease in our country... we have no recourse alone.  No lawyers will take these cases without money, and when you have no money, you have no rights.  You suffer, and you suffer alone.  Please, I encourage you check into this... http://gesupplyrexeldiscrimination.blogspot.com/

We are all effected by this in one way or another... or could be.  It could be you, your spouse, your child, your friend, or your neighbor.  Get the word out!
